Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be as stoked with your purchase as we are and understand that shopping for swimwear online can be challenging. If you find that the size isn't quite right or you've had a change of heart regarding the style, we gladly accept exchanges for different size, style, or offer store credit within 14 days of your order’s delivery. For full-priced items, we offer refunds if you initiate a return within 7 days of your order’s delivery. 

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, including all hygiene liners.

If more than 14 days have passed since your order’s delivery, we regret that we can't offer a refund or exchange unless the goods are deemed faulty.

Faulty Goods

If you believe your goods are faulty, please email us hello@seafarerlabel.com including “Faulty Goods” and order number in subject line and photo/video and description of fault so we can help resolve the issue.

Returning Goods – Australian Customers

For our Australian customers opting to exchange your purchase for another size, style or store credit we'll send you a free postage-paid label to facilitate the return process. Please email us hello@seafarerlabel.com including “Return” and your order number in subject line and mention the item/s you are wanting to returning.

Refunds

For refunds, please email us hello@seafarerlabel.com including “Refund” and your order number in subject line. Please include the item/s you are requesting to be refunded for and the reason for your refund request.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email. You will also be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing Refund

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

First, reach out to your credit card company. Refund processing times can vary, and it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.

Next, contact your bank, as a processing period is often involved.

International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns, you will be required to cover your shipping costs when returning your item and the shipping costs for the exchanged item being sent out. Please be aware that duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

If you are shipping an item back to us internationally, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. We are not able to take responsibility for returns lost by international couriers in transit.
